Senator Paul Utke called the meeting to order at 3:08pm. Senator Hoffman took the gavel at 4:11pm.

Call To Order


S.F. 3402: Senator Hoffman: Requirements establishment for medication regimen reviews and reviews of medication practices at assisted living facilities.

Senator Hoffman moved that S.F. 3402, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 4317: Senator Hoffman: Supplemental nursing services maximum allowable charge modifications and registered nursing services agencies from organization of an organization in the business of providing or procuring temporary employment for independent contractors prohibition provisions.
