Senator Ron Latz called the meeting to order at 12:34 PM

S.F. 4053: Senator Dibble: Minnesota Cooperative Housing Act.

The following individuals testified on S.F.4053: Joel Hanson, Northcountry Cooperative Foundation; Joe Nemo, Arthur Chapman Kettering Smetak & Pikala, P.A.; A-14 Senator Pappas moved. 12:55 PM Senator Latz passed the gavel to Senator Oumou Verbeten 12:56 PM Senator Oumou Verbeten passed the gavel to Senator Latz A-14 adopted by voice.

Senator Pappas moved that S.F. 4053, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 4417: Senator Morrison: Camp Ripley crime of unauthorized presence to include any campground, military reservation, armory, installation, or facility owned or controlled by the state or federal government for military purposes modification.

Senator Westlin moved that S.F. 5097, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Health and Human Services Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 3787: Senator Pappas: Employees sick and safe time modifications.
