Senator Ron Latz called the meeting to order at 6:21 PM

S.F. 2003: Senator Klein: Disclosures requirements and certain conduct prohibitions relating to ticket sales.

A-15 Senator Seeberger offered, adopted by voice. Howe moved oral amendment: 5.12 delete "a" and insert "an alleged" Senator Westlin moved that SF 2003 as amended by recommended to pass, adopted by voice. 9:47 PM Senator Seeberger moved to reconsider the vote to pass SF 2003 as amended to the Senate floor, adopted by voice.

S.F. 3553: Senator Boldon: Landlord and tenant provision modifications and summons and complaint service modifications.
