Senator Ann H. Rest called the meeting to order at 8:34am.
Call to order.
Adoption of the minutes from 3/12/24.
Minutes from March 12, 2024, were approved as presented.
S.F. 3670: Senator Oumou Verbeten: Controlled substances and illegal cannabis tax repeal and other technical
changes provision.
Senator Klein offered the A2 Amendment. The motion prevailed and the amendment was adopted.

Senator Klein moved that S.F. 3670, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Judiciary and Public Safety Committee. -
