Senator John A. Hoffman called the meeting to order at 3:09pm. Senator Mitchell took the gavel at 4:33pm.

S.F. 4197: Senator Maye Quade: Medical assistance for employed persons with disabilities modification.

Page 2, line 31 strike "at the" Page 2, line 32 strike "enrollee'sā€ and delete ā€œ12-month" and strike "income review or" MOTION ADOPTED

Senator Maye Quade moved that S.F. 4197, as amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 3459: Senator Boldon: Substance abuse disorder treatment requirements modifications.

Senator Maye Quade moved that S.F. 3459, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Judiciary and Public Safety Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 4726: Senator Hoffman: Direct Care and Treatment agency establishment.

S.F. 4580: Senator Hoffman: Increasing nursing facility transparency in related-organizations transactions provisions.

Senator Hoffman moved that S.F. 4580, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 4399: Senator Hoffman: Minimum wage protections for people with disabilities establishment; person care assistance and community first services and supports remote reassessment requirements modification; technology in informed choice for disability waiver services prioritization; form usage for community-based waivered services clarification; Deaf and Hard-of Hearing Services Act language modification.

Senator Hoffman moved that the A2 amendment be adopted. MOTION ADOPTED. Senator Utke moved that the A1 be adopted. MOTION ADOPTED. The following individuals testified on S.F.4399: 1. Kristy Graume: Director of Legislative and External Affairs, Behavioral Health, Housing, Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing, and Disability Services; Minnesota Department of Human Services

Senator Hoffman moved that S.F. 4399, as amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. - MOTION ADOPTED.
