Chair D. Scott Dibble called the meeting to order at 3:09pm. After each agenda item, the committee opened to discussion and amendments before taking any final action.

S.F. 3961: Senator McEwen: Commissioner of transportation conveyance of property for and promoting the use of passenger rail service authorization.

Chair Dibble gave the gavel to Senator John R. Jasinski for the duration of the bill presentation.

On behalf of Senator Jennifer A. McEwen, Chair Dibble presented S.F. 3961 - Commissioner of transportation conveyance of property for and promoting the use of passenger rail service authorization.
