Senator Ann H. Rest called the meeting to order at 8:34am.

Adoption of minutes from 2/15/24

Minutes from February 15, 2024 were approved as presented. 


S.F. 1119: Senator Pratt: Nuclear decommissioning reserve fund categorization as an exempt entity.

Senator Klein moved the A1 Amendment. The motion prevailed and the A1 Amendment was adopted.

S.F. 3337: Senator Klein: Providing a subtraction for foreign service retirement pay.

Senator Klein moved the A1 Amendment. The motion prevailed and the A1 Amendment was adopted.

Senator Rest moved that S.F. 3337, as amended, be laid over. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1155: Senator Weber: Credit provision for railroad reconstruction or replacement expenditures.

Senator Weber moved to take SF 1155 off the table. The motion prevailed.

Senator Weber moved the A3 Amendment. The motion prevailed and the A3 amendment was adopted.

S.F. 1242: Senator Putnam: Definition modification of attachments and appurtenances of cooperative utility distribution lines.

Senator Putnam moved to take SF 1242 off the table. The motion prevailed.

Senator Putnam moved the A3 Amendment. The motion prevailed and the A3 Amendment was adopted.
