Senator Kari Dziedzic called the meeting to order at 3:06 pm.

H.F. 2950: Senator Frentz: Eligible employees of Minnesota State Colleges and Universities authorization who are members of the higher education individual retirement account plan to elect coverage by the Teacher Retirement Association and receive retroactive service credit.



Senator Frentz moved that H.F. 2950, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1949: Senator Klein: Lawful sports betting establishment and appropriation.



Senator Miller moved that S.F. 1949, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Taxes Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2404: Senator Hawj: Constitutional amendment providing for the renewal of the environment and natural resources trust fund.



Senator Marty moved that S.F. 2404, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

H.F. 402: Senator Wiklund: Specifying requirements for health care entity transactions and extending the moratorium on conversion transactions for certain organizations.



Senator Murphy moved that H.F. 402, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.
