H.F. 402: Senator Wiklund: Specifying requirements for health care entity transactions and extending the moratorium on conversion transactions for certain organizations.

Limmer moves to allow counsel to make necessary changes to incorporate the US Code 15; Section 18a reference to line 7.13 as discussed in committee – adopted by voice

 

The bill is tabled for counsel to do some research based on committee discussion and resume later in the day if possible

 

The bill is picked back up at 4:29p when committee resumes.

Senator Carlson moved that H.F. 402, be recommended to pass as amended and referred to Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2319: Senator Fateh: Protections establishment for transportation network company drivers.

Bill is tabled after some discussion until after HF402 is finished in the afternoon/evening portion of the hearing

 

There were many long breaks taken for negotiations to take place. All of the breaks taken after we resume at 4:30p are taken during this bill.
