Senator Kari Dziedzic called the meeting to order at 8:30 am.

S.F. 200: Senator Latz: Fee for uncertified copies of instruments from civil or criminal proceedings elimination; expedited attorney entry to district courthouse buildings authorization; attorneys secured access to court records establishment.



Senator Champion moved that S.F. 200, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.
