Senator Marty moved that S.F. 2319, Joint Rule 2.03 be suspended for all further proceedings on S.F. 2319 and that S.F. 2319, do pass as amended and be re-referred to the Committee on Judiciary and Public Safety. - MOTION PREVAILED.
