Senator Ron Latz called the meeting to order at 12:44p (this is a continuation from the 1st posting for 4/12)

S.F. 1336: Senator Hawj: Veterans; license plates, dealer licenses and records, USDOT numbers and driver\'s license applications various policy changes.

Senator Latz moved that S.F. 1336, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1681: Senator Wiklund: Specifying requirements for health care entity transactions and extending the moratorium on conversion transactions for certain organizations.

Limmer makes a motion to give counsel permission to make conforming and technical changes to A5 and A6 as discussed in Judiciary and Public Safety Committee – prevails by voice

 

After the committee adjourned, per the motion made by Senator Limmer, Priyanka Primo drafted the A43 amendment to reflect all changes made to SF1681 between oral amendments and A5 and A6 amendments. It is included in the committee book for reference. 


As amended, be laid over.
