Senator Erin P. Murphy called the meeting to order at 8:35 am.

S.F. 1703: Senator Wiklund: Procedures requirement for when the legislative commission on cybersecurity holds closed meetings.

Senator Wikilund presented SF1703; Alexis Stangl and Alyssa Hoffman Litchy, Senate Counsel, provided overview. Senator Gustafson moved SF1703A3, motion prevailed with voice vote. 

Alyssa Hoffman Litchy and Alexis Stangl from the office of Senate Counsel, Research and Fiscal Analysis went over SF1703 as amended. 

Senator Gustafson moved SF1703A4, motion prevailed with voice vote. 

Senator Gustafson laid SF1703, as amended, over.
