Senator Jim Carlson called the meeting to order at 12:44 PM.

Senator Carlson moved the A24 Amendment and asked to incorporate A27 Amendment into A24 Amendment. By a voice vote, the motion prevailed, and the A24 Amendment with the A27 Amendment incorporated into it was adopted.
 

Senator Koran moved the A25 Amendment and requested a roll call, and a roll call was granted.
