Senator Carlson moved the A11 Author's Amendment and asked to have the A13 Technical Amendment incorporating into the A11 Amendment.. By a voice vote, the motion prevailed, and the A11 Author’s Amendment with the A13 Technical Amendment was adopted.

Senator Westlin moved that SF 1636, as amended, be laid on the table for further discussion. By a voice vote, the motion prevailed.
