Senator Omar Fateh called the meeting to order at 3:00pm

S.F. 2075: Senator Fateh: Funding and policy related changes provision for the Office of Higher Education, Minnesota State Colleges and Universities, the University of Minnesota and the Mayo Clinic.

Chair Fateh moved the A-5 amendment, which passed on a voice vote.

Chair Fateh moved the A-6 amendment, which passed on a voice vote.

Senator Rarick moved the A-7 amendment, which passed on a voice vote.

Senator Rarick moved the A-8 amendment, which did not pass on a voice vote.

Senator Rarick moved the A-9 amendment, which passed on a voice vote.

Senator Duckworth moved the A-4 amendment, which did not pass on a voice vote.

 

Chair Fateh moved that SF 2075 be recommended to pass as amended and be re-referred to the Committee on Finance, which passed on a voice vote. 

Senator Fateh moved that S.F. 2075, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.
