Senator Ann H. Rest called the meeting to order at 8:30 a.m.

Minutes from 3.21.23 were approved as presented.


S.F. 2574: Senator Kupec: Credit expansion for teachers attaining master\'s degrees to include special education degrees and certain newly licensed teachers.

Senator Weber moved the A1 Amendment. The motion prevailed and the A1 Amendment was adopted.

Senator Nelson moved an Oral Amendment.  After line 2.14 insert… the Oral Amendment motion was withdrawn by Senator Nelson.

Senator Nelson moved an Oral Amendment. On line 1.14 after the “not” insert “solely”.  The motion prevailed and the Oral Amendment was adopted.
