CALL TO ORDER


S.F. 2747: Senator Mitchell: Distribution system upgrades to interconnect certain distributed energy projects appropriation.



Senator Frentz moved that S.F. 2747, as amended, laid over and may become part of omnibus bill. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2295: Senator Mitchell: Building owners entry of energy use data into a benchmarking tool requirement; public disclosure of energy use data requirement; appropriating money.



Senator Frentz moved that S.F. 2295, as amended, laid over and may become part of omnibus bill. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2973: Senator Xiong: Emerald Ash Borer response grant program establishment and appropriation.
