Senator Omar Fateh called the meeting to order at 3:00pm

S.F. 32: Senator McEwen: Wage credits modification and reimbursement provision; unemployment insurance aid establishment and appropriation.

Motion that SF 32 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Committee on Jobs and Economic Development passed on a voice vote 

Senator Fateh moved that S.F. 32, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Jobs and Economic Development Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 2967: Senator Kupec: Minnesota State Colleges and Universities Board of Trustees funding provision.



Senator Kupec moved that S.F. 2967, be laid over.

S.F. 3097: Senator Fateh: Minnesota State college placement practices review and appropriation.

Gavel was transferred to Vice Chair Putnam at 4:27pm and returned to Chair Fateh at 4:40pm

S.F. 3005: Senator Champion: Minnesota Association of Black Lawyers grant funding provided for pilot program for black Minnesota undergraduates exploring law school and legal careers, report required, and money appropriated.

S.F. 2390: Senator Rarick: Higher education grant amounts increase and dual training competency grant program adjustment authorization; appropriating money.
