Senator Bonnie S. Westlin called the meeting to order at 3:15 PM.

Senator Carlson moved the A8 Amendment. Alexis Stangl, Senate Counsel, provided overview of A8 Amendment. Senator Carlson withdrew the A8 Amendment.

Senator Westlin moved for a 15-minute recess. By a voice vote, the motion prevailed.

Senator Carlson renewed motion for the A8 Amendment. By a voice vote, the motion prevailed, and the A8 Amendment was adopted.

Senator Carlson moved an Oral Amendment. On page 69, line 19, after “election” insert “ballot". By a voice vote, the motion prevailed, and the Oral Amendment was adopted. 

Senator Carlson moved the A9 Amendment. By a voice vote, the motion prevailed, and the A9 Amendment was adopted.

Senator Port moved the A10 Amendment. By a voice vote, the motion prevailed, and the A10 Amendment was adopted.

Senator Mathews moved the A12 Amendment and requested a roll call, and a roll call was granted.

Senator Carlson moved that SF 1362, as amended, be recommended to pass. Senator Limmer moved to amend the motion and re-refer SF 1362, as amended, to the Committee on Judiciary and Public Safety. Senator Limmer withdrew motion to re-refer. Senator Koran requested a roll call, and a roll call was granted.
