Senator Foung Hawj called the meeting to order at

S.F. 2404: Senator Hawj: Constitutional amendment providing for the renewal of the environment and natural resources trust fund.



Senator Hawj moved that S.F. 2404, be recommended to pass as amended and referred to State and Local Government and Veterans Committee.

S.F. 1982: Senator Hawj: Conservation reserve program state incentives provision appropriation.



Senator Morrison moved that S.F. 1982, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee.

S.F. 68: Senator McEwen: Reporting of fish kills requirement and protocol development for state response.
