CALL TO ORDER


S.F. 1787: Senator Xiong: Grant program establishment to upgrade electric panels in residential buildings.



Senator Frentz moved that S.F. 1787, as discussed, amended and may become part of the omnibus bill. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2462: Senator Xiong: Microgrid research and application appropriation.



Senator Frentz moved that S.F. 2462, be laid over.

S.F. 2301: Senator Xiong: Minnesota Innovation Finance Authority establishment.



Senator Mitchell moved that S.F. 2301, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the State and Local Government and Veterans Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2201: Senator Dibble: Energy guidelines for state buildings to incorporate provisions that address resiliency with respect to climate change requirement.



Senator Frentz moved that S.F. 2201, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the State and Local Government and Veterans Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2267: Senator Dibble: Supplemental energy assistance fund appropriation.

Senator Frentz moved that S.F. 2720, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the State and Local Government and Veterans Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.
