Senator Nick A. Frentz called the meeting to order at 12:33pm

S.F. 1968: Senator Kunesh: Department of Commerce authorization to assist any Tribal advocacy council on energy established by the 11 federally recognized Tribes in Minnesota.



Senator Frentz moved that S.F. 1968, be laid over. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2166: Senator Xiong: Natural gas utilities authorization to sell extraordinary event bonds under certain circumstances.



Senator Frentz moved that S.F. 2166, be laid over. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2460: Senator Xiong: Provisions modifications providing for a participant\'s compensation in certain Public Utilities Commission proceedings.
