Senator Lindsey Port called the meeting to order at 12:35 p.m.

S.F. 1091: Senator Mohamed: Early renewals on certain rental leases limitation; landlord requirement to provide tenant with a notice of the option to inspect the rental unit at the beginning and a notice at the end of tenancy authorization; damages establishment.
