Senator Jim Carlson called the meeting to order at 3:04 PM.

S.F. 1508: Senator Mitchell: Certain expenses designation as noncampaign disbursements.

Senator Mitchell moved the A2 Author's Amendment. By a voice vote, the motion prevailed and the A2 Author's Amendment was adopted.
 
Senator Carlson moved that SF 1508 be laid over, as amended. By a voice vote, the motion prevailed.

Senator Koran moved the A19 Amendment and requested a roll call. Counsel advised Senator Koran to withdraw A19 Amendment due to a technical error. Senator Koran withdrew the A19 Amendment and moved an Oral Amendment. On page 31, delete section 43. Senator Koran requested a roll call, and a roll call was granted.
