Senator Erin P. Murphy called the meeting to order at 12:34 pm.

Budget overview and confirmation of Chief Administrative Law Judge Jenny
     Starr


Presentation and testimony from Chief Administrative Law Judge Jenny Starr.

 

Chair Murphy moved the confirmation of Chief Judge Jenny Starr as the Minnesota Office of Adminstrative Hearing's Chief Adminstrative Law Judge. 
 

Motion prevailed with unanimous voice vote. 


Senator Murphy moved that Budget overview and confirmation of Chief Administrative Law Judge Jenny
     Starr, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1220: Senator Cwodzinski: Appointment confirmation through Senate inaction establishment.

Chair Murphy laid SF 1220 over for possible inclusion in omnibus bill. 


Senator Murphy moved that S.F. 1220, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.
