Senator John Marty called the meeting to order at 8:42AM.

S.F. 70: Senator Maye Quade: Repealing certain abortion provisions.

Testifier: Matt Burdick, Director of State Government Relations, Department of Human Services
Senator Pratt moved that the bill be laid on the table
Senator Dahms requested a roll call vote

Senator Draheim moved an oral amendment: On page 1, “delete section 1”. On page 16, line 16, delete “subdivisions 2 and 3” and insert “subdivision 3”
