Senator John Marty called the meeting to order at 8:35.

H.F. 28: Senator Champion: Right to vote restoration to individuals convicted of a felony upon completion of any term of incarceration imposed and executed by a court for the offense.

Testifier: Nicole Freeman, Government Relations Director for the Office of the MN Secretary of State
 
Senator Dahms moved the A1 amendment 
The motion did not prevail 
Senator Draheim moved the A2 amendment
The motion did not prevail


Senator Champion moved that H.F. 28, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.
