Vote on confirmation of Minnesota Management and Budget Commissioner Jim
     Schowalter

Senator Mohamed moved to recommend the appointment of Jim Schowalter to the position of Commissioner of Minnesota Management and Budget be confirmed - MOTION PREVAILED

S.F. 75: Senator Hawj: Requirements for conveying easements and leasing state lands modification; state forest and state park modifications; sales and conveyances of certain land authorization.

Testifier: Susan Damon, Department of Natural Resources Assistant Director

Senator Eichorn moved that S.F. 75, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.
