Senator Jim Carlson called the meeting to order at 3:05 PM.

S.F. 66: Senator Port: Certain types of contributions limitations that grant registered lobbyists or
other individuals special access to a space where public officials are likely
to gather.

Senator Port moved the A1 Author's Amendment.
Senator Bahr moved an oral amendment to the A1 Amendment. On line 1.7 delete “house” and insert “body”. On 1.12 delete “house” and insert “body”. By a voice vote, the motion prevailed and the oral amendment to the A1 Amendment was adopted.
Senator Port moved that SF 66 be recommended to pass and placed on General Orders. By a voice vote, the motion prevailed.
Senator Port moved that S.F. 66, as amended, be recommended to pass. -

S.F. 611: Senator Boldon: State Canvassing Board declaration of the candidates duly elected who
received the highest number of votes for each federal and state offices
requirement.
