Senator Bill Ingebrightsen called the meeting to order at 8:38 A.M. on May 18, 2022, in Room 1200 of the Minnesota Senate Building. A quorum was present.

S.F. 3266: Senator Rosen: Stadium general reserve account modifications and requirements.

Senator Rosen presented SF 3266. 

Senator Rosen offered the A5 Amendment. 

Eric Nauman, Fiscal Analyst, reviewed the estimated general fund investment income loss due to "set aside" in proposed amendment to SF 3266. 

Member comments and questions. 

Senator Rosen renewed the motion to adopt the A5 Amendment. On a voice vote, the motion prevailed and THE A5 AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Senator Rosen moved that S.F. 3266, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.
