Senator Carla J. Nelson called the meeting to order at 8:33am.

S.F. 4031: Senator Tomassoni: Duluth Public Schools, Hibbing Public Schools, and Rock Ridge Public Schools refundable exemptions for construction materials authorization and appropriation.

Senator Bakk moves the a-1 amendment.

A-1 amendment is adopted.
