Senator Jeff R. Howe called the meeting to order at 1:09 P.M. A quorum was present.

S.F. 3338: Senator Dahms: Insurance modification or suspension of certain requirements in specific instances provision.

Senator Dahms moved Senate File 3338 before the committee. Senator Dahms moved the A-1 amendment. Motion prevailed. Senator Dahms presented Senate File 3338 as amended. The following testified on Senate File 3338 as amended:
