Senator Carrie Ruud called the meeting to order at 1:00pm

S.F. 2642: Senator Rarick: Pollution Control Agency denial of registration of precast reinforced concrete sewage tanks containing repaired drainage holes prohibitions.

SF2642- MPCA deial of agency registration of precast reinforced concrete sewage tanks was presented by Senator Rarick; the bill was laid over for possible inclusion.

• Dana Vanderbosch, Assistant Commissioner, Water Policy, MPCA

S.F. 3701: Senator Ruud: Dedicated funding website maintenance appropriation.

SF3071-dedicated funds website maintenance appropriation was presented by Senator Ruud; the A-1 amendment was offered and adopted by voice vote; the bill was heard and passed as amended and re-referred to Finance Committee. The motion was passed by voice vote.

Senator Ruud moved that S.F. 3701, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.
