Senator Gary H. Dahms called the meeting to order at 1:01 P.M. A quorum was present.

S.F. 3885: Senator Coleman: Certain insurers authorization to offer paid family leave insurance benefits.

Senator Housley moved Senate File 3885 before the comittee. Senator Housley moved the A-2 amendment. Senator Coleman presented on the A-2 amendment. Motion prevailed. Senator Coleman presented Senate File 3885 as amended. The following testified on Senate File 3885 as amended:
