Senator Paul J. Utke called the meeting to order at 1:03 PM

S.F. 2145: Senator Bakk: Hot tubs, spa pools, and whirlpools public pool regulations exemption.

Senator Abeler moved that S.F. 2145, be recommended to pass.

S.F. 3258: Senator Draheim: Practice of medicine and acupuncture licensure requirements modification.

Senator Draheim moves the A-1 authors amendment, passes on voice vote. 


Senator Draheim moved that S.F. 3258, as amended, be recommended to pass.

S.F. 3364: Senator Nelson: Audiology and speech-language pathology interstate compact creation.

S.F. 3355: Senator Abeler: Licensed professional counselors interstate compact establishment.

Senator Abeler moved that S.F. 3355, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Civil Law and Data Practices Policy Committee.

S.F. 3036: Senator Koran: Preliminary application procedure establishment for individuals seeking professional licenses and licensing boards permission to charge application fees.
