Senator David H. Senjem called the meeting to order at 3:04 pm

S.F. 2185: Senator Kiffmeyer: Political subdivision bans on new natural gas or propane service to buildings prohibition.



Senator Mathews moved that S.F. 2185, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Local Government Policy Committee.

S.F. 2416: Senator Housley: Electric vehicle charging stations installation at county government centers requirement.



Senator Senjem moved that S.F. 2416, be laid over and maybe considered for omnibus bill.

S.F. 2156: Senator Housley: Decommissioning and demolition plan for a scheduled retirement of a coal- fired electric generation facility submission requirement.
