Senator Bill Ingebrigtsen called the meeting to order at 10:32 am

S.F. 2954: Senator Coleman: Pipeline conservation program appropriation.



Senator Ingebrigtsen moved that S.F. 2954, be laid over.

S.F. 3421: Senator Bakk: All-terrain vehicle trails appropriation.



Senator Ingebrigtsen moved that S.F. 3421, be laid over.

S.F. 3392: Senator Ruud: Safety education and permitting requirement for certain watercraft operators; Certain obligations requirements on motorboat rental businesses.



Senator Ingebrigtsen moved that S.F. 3392, be laid over.

S.F. 3751: Senator Ingebrigtsen: Local road wetland replacement program appropriation.



Senator Ingebrigtsen moved that S.F. 3751, be postponed to a date certain 3/16/2022.
