Senator Andrew Mathews called the meeting to order at 1:06 pm. A quorum was present.

S.F. 3581: Senator Newman: Additional entities permission to provide copies of certain driver and vehicle records.

Chair Mathews moves to offer SF3581.

Senator Newman presents SF3581.

Senator Bigham moves to adopt A-4 amendment.

Motion prevails.
