Senator Andrew Mathews called the meeting to order at 5:36pm.
S.F. 724: Senator Lang: Minnesota code of military justice data access, bar admission, judicial
qualifications, jurisdiction, trial procedure, sentences, and punitive
articles modifications.
Senator Bigham moved that S.F. 724, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Judiciary and Public Safety Finance and Policy Committee.
Chair Mathews moves to offer SF724.
Senator Lang presents SF724.
Senator Bigham moves to adopt A-2 amendment.
Motion prevails.
