Senator Carrie Ruud called the meeting to order at 1:00pm

S.F. 1844: Senator Utke: Hubbard county land replacement trust fund from the sale of tax-forfeited land proceeds.

SF1844 was presented by Sen Utke- Hubbard COunty Land Replacement Trust Fund. The bill was laid over.

S.F. 2869: Senator Goggin: Goodhue County conveyance of certain tax forfeited land bordering public water authorization.

SF2869 Senator Goggin presented teh Goodhue County conveyance of certain tax forfeited land bordering public water authorization.

S.F. 3268: Senator Bakk: Conveyance of certain surplus state land provision.

SF3268 Senator Bakk presented Conveyance of certain surplus state land provision. The bill was amended by Senator Bakk, Senator Senjem moved the amendment and it was passed by voice vote. Then bill was laid over.

S.F. 3704: Senator Ruud: Requirement modification for conveying easements and leasing state lands.

SF3704 Senator Ruud presented DNR State Lands legislation. The bill was amended and passed and ref. to Senate Env Finance Committee. Motion previaled by voice vote.

Senator Ruud moved that S.F. 3704, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Environment and Natural Resources Finance Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 2767: Senator Ruud: Natural resources provisions modifications.

SF2767-Senator Ruud presented the DNR Policy bill. The bill was amended, passed and re-ref to State Gov Finance and Policy Committee. The motion previaled by voice vote.

Senator Ruud moved that S.F. 2767, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the State Government Finance and Policy and Elections Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.
