Senator Julie A. Rosen called the meeting to order at 8:33 A.M., on March 9, 2022 in Room 1200 of the Minnesota Senate Building. A quorum was present.
S.F. 3003: Senator Goggin: Prairie Island Net Zero project deadline modification.
Senator Pratt moved that S.F. 3003, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.
Senator Goggin presented SF 3003.
Senator Pratt offered the A5 Amendment.
Senator Pratt moved the A5 Amendment. On a voice vote, THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE A5 AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Senator Pratt moved that S.F. 3003, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.
S.F. 3472: Senator Dahms: Minnesota premium security plan operation extension and money transfer.

Senator Benson moved the A13 Amendment. On a voice vote, THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE A13
AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Dennis Albrecht and Casey Muhm, Fiscal Analysts, reviewed the fiscal note and A13 Amendment spreadsheet.
Senator Benson moved that SF 3472, as amended, be recommended to pass. A roll call vote was requested. The results were as follows:

NAYS: Marty, Kent, Lopez-Franzen
