Senator Carrie Ruud called the meeting to order at 1:10pm
S.F. 3392: Senator Ruud: Safety education and permitting requirement for certain watercraft
operators.
Senator Ruud moved that S.F. 3392, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Environment and Natural Resources Finance Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.
Senator Ruud presented SF3392 Boater Safety Education and Permitting bill. Senator Ruud moved the A-3 amendment; the amendment passed by voice vote. Senator Ruud moved the amended bill and it passed by voice vote and it was referred to Senate Environment Finance Committee.
