Senator Carrie Ruud called the meeting to order at 1:00pm

S.F. 3055: Senator Housley: White Bear Lake groundwater appropriation permits issuance modification; east metropolitan communities safe drinking water recommendations that supports both growth and sustainability establishment.

Senator Housley presented SF3055; Senator Weber moved A-5 amendment; the amendment was adopted by voice vote. Senator Weber moved SF3055 as amended and passed by voice vote and sent to the Senate floor. 

 

The following people testified: Bryan Bear, Hugo City Administrator; Kristina Handt, Lake Elmo City Administrator; Paul Reinke, Mayor of Oakdale; Katie Smith, Division Director, DNR Ecological and Water Resources

Senator Weber moved that S.F. 3055, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.
