Senator Jeff R. Howe called the meeting to order at 1:04 p.m. A quorum was present.

S.F. 3472: Senator Dahms: Minnesota premium security plan operation extension and money transfer.

Senator Dahms moved Senate File 3472 before the committee. Senator Dahms presented senate File 3472. The following testified on Senate File 3472:

  • Peter Brickwedde, MN Department of Commerce

  • Bentley Graves, MN Chamber of Commerce

  • John Reynolds, National Federation of Independent Business

  • Dan Enderson, MN Council of Health Plans

  • Bob Stein, MN Association of Health Underwriter

Senator Dahms moved that S.F. 3472, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Health and Human Services Finance and Policy Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.
