Present: Senator Andrew Mathews - Chair, Senator Warren Limmer - Vice Chair, Senator Bruce D. Anderson, Senator Karla Bigham, Senator Jim Carlson, Senator Mark Johnson, Senator Ron Latz, Senator Torrey N. Westrom

Senator Andrew Mathews called the meeting to order at1:08pm. A quorum was present.

S.F. 2429: Senator Limmer: Education support services data classification.

Senator Limmer presents SF 2429.

Christa Mims, testifies.

Kristi Lahti-Johnson, testifies.

Senator Limmer moves that SF 2429 be recommended to pass and moved to general orders.

Motion prevails.


Senator Limmer moved that S.F. 2429, be recommended to pass.

S.F. 2909: Senator Eichorn: Parent\'s right protection in the education of their minor child.

Senator Eichorn presents SF 2909.

Kelly Janssen, Child Protection League Action, testifies.

Senator Anderson requests a roll call.

Motion prevails.

Senator Latz requests that the roll call be recorded in the journal.

Motion prevails.

Senator Anderson moves SF 2909 be recommended to pass and moved to general orders.

Roll call is taken and motion prevails 5-3.
