Senator Gary H. Dahms called the meeting to order at 1:11 p.m. A quorum was present.

S.F. 1391: Senator Howe: Debt settlement service providers regulation.

Senator Howe moved S.F. 1391 before the committee. Senator Howe offered the A-5 amendment. Motion carried. Senator Howe presented S.F. 1391 as amended. Discussion. The following testified on S.F. 1391:
