Present: Senator Jim Abeler - Chair, Senator Michelle R. Benson Vice Chair, Senator Omar Fateh, Senator John A. Hoffman, Senator Karin Housley, Senator Erin P. Murphy, Senator Carla J. Nelson, Senator Paul J. Utke, Senator Melissa H. Wiklund

Absent: No Members Absent

Senator Jim Abeler called the meeting to order at 1:03pm.

S.F. 2786: Senator Housley: providing bonuses to employees of nursing homes and assisted living facilities; providing initial funding for all-inclusive care for the elderly; appropriating money.

A quorum was present.

Housley moved SF2786 before the committee.

Utke moved the A-4 amendment and offered an oral amendment to the A-4 amendment: Delete Section 7 (lines 6.16 to 6.29). The oral amendment was incorporated into the A-4 amendment. 

Housley moved to adopt the A-4 amendment as amended, which amends the A-3 amendment. The motion prevailed on a voice vote, and the amendment was adopted.

Housley moved to adopt the A-3 amendment as amended. The motion prevailed on a voice vote, and the amendment was adopted.

Senator Housley moved that S.F. 2786, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.
