Senator Carrie Ruud called the meeting to order at 1:10pm

S.F. 2768: Senator Ruud: Certified salt applicator program establishment.

Senator Ruud presented SF2768 Cerified Salt Applicator Program. Senator Ruud offered & moved the A-4 amenment, the amendment passed by voice vote.

Senator Ruud moved that S.F. 2768, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Environment and Natural Resources Finance Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 2769: Senator Ruud: Tourism industry recovery grant program appropriation.

Senator Ruud presented SF2769 Tourism Grant Program.

Senator Ruud moved that S.F. 2769, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Environment and Natural Resources Finance Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 908: Senator Weber: County boards authorization to spend net proceeds from the sale of tax- forfeited land for certain purposes establishment.

Senator Weber presented SF908 County Boards Authorization

Senator Weber moved the bill and it passed by voice vote and sent directly to the Senate Floor. 


Senator Weber moved that S.F. 908, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.
