Absent: Senator Carla J. Nelson

Senator Jim Abeler called the meeting to order at 1:04pm.

S.F. 2774: Senator Abeler: Reorganizing provisions governing disability waiver rate settling.

A quorum was present. 

Senator Abeler moved SF2774 before the committee. 

Senator Abeler moved the A-2 amendment. The motion prevailed, on a voice vote, and the amendment was adopted. 



Senator Abeler moved that S.F. 2774, as amended, recommended to pass and placed on the Consent Calendar. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2876: Senator Abeler: Allowing the commissioner of human services to reinstate waivers and modifications to certain human services programs.

A quorum was present. 

Senator Abeler moved SF2876 before the committee. 

Senator Abeler moved the A-4 amendment. The motion prevailed, on a voice vote, and the amendment was adopted. 



Senator Abeler moved that S.F. 2876, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.
